An elaborate plot was put into place to repay the ancient debt that hailed back since the days of Magnus &amp;quot;Ice-Claw&amp;quot;. Alexander knew his beloved Elena Pavlovna was to be wed to a Shadow Lord, and he never could love another but her, yet their time was short and as long as the Shadow Lord Pietre Tishenko was alive, they could never sire a child of their own.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The plot was elaborate, it was intricate and some claim even the powers of the Ragabashes was used to deceive the Shadow Lord into thinking that the child Elena brought with her, was his own. Surely rumors secretly whispered that it was the daughter of Alexander, but none became the wiser. Years later, Alexander was killed by Pietre in a fight of Honor, once the Shadow Lord realized the folly before him. The trickery that was used, he became so incensed his wife Elena had to go into hiding and he sought the blood of the young woman who was supposedly his daughter, in payment for his shame of being tricked by the Silver Fangs. Stefan Alexander died, leaving his line without an heir, but he had attended to his debt with great Honor. Hi childhood was fairly normal. He went to public schools and had many friends, although he was always a little bit shy. His parents were devout Christians, and made him go to church every Sunday.&lt;br&gt;He went along with their wishes until he was 15 when he started to resent them for making him go even though he didn&amp;rsquo;t really believe in what was being taught. His path to Wicca started like most with trips to the library, he read everything he could get his hands on about every religion. When he found a book called &amp;lsquo;Living Wicca&amp;rsquo; he found his path. After books, he started searching the internet for others and eventually found a group of people who were into the craft. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jason started to hang out with them, still going to church on Sunday&amp;rsquo;s cause that was what was expected of him. Most other days he went to school then went to hang out with his new friends, learning the rituals and living the life. This went on for a year with no big problems. Until the night of Samhain, he and the coven were celebrating the occasion with the typical things, dinner, socializing and then the rituals. It was during the rituals that something odd happened, he was leading the drawing down of the moon and things started to change. He looked around and the light of the moon covered everything, it had never done that before. He stopped his part of the ritual and looked around, but noone seemed to have noticed. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The light grew and the people seemed to vanish, he was standing in a room of white light. He earns himself a name as mediator and fair ruler, who treats Scottsman, Celt and Normand alike. Much to the dislike of the Nobles of London.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He marries Lady Illyana Yuryevich, daughter of Vsevolod III Yuryevich and Maria Shvarnovna, of the Russ, to strengthen the bonds between their related famillies.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;During an uprising, his Castle and the nearby village is lost. He is 6&amp;#39;4, 300lbs and solid built. He was an amateur wrestler in high school, also a college football player. He was asked to go into Professional Wrestling, but decided he liked weightlifting better and has won two U.S titles in the area. Jack was married once, wife and child died in childbirth. At the age of 21, he went into the Army, after four years he decided that wasn&amp;#39;t what he wanted to do for the rest of his life and joined the local police force for 5 years. After sustaining an injury he knew couldn&amp;#39;t be explained away so easily, due to being healed by one of the Theurges, he stepped down in &amp;#39;retirement&amp;#39;. For two years he worked under Annabell Stevens as a bodyguard, went through training as a Professional bodyguard, took training in firearms and Martial arts. This new liquid foam is (per 2039 Fire Marshal Guidelines) guaranteed to put out the worst of fires no matter the fire source, snuffing the oxygen for the flames (even that of napalm), and able to cover the room in less than 20 seconds. In addition, any triggering of the fire safety systems automatically sets off a silent alarm to the local police and fire departments. Because of the nature of this foam it is also less damaging to fabrics and electronics. There is an automatic call to the fire department here as soon as the fire alarm goes off. There are four sets of emergency exits for quick escape in case of fire in the building. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Power Generators&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Power Generators have been installed in the foundation of the concrete for the building, with access going from the security area as the only way to get to them for maintenence. These are to provide up to 48 hours of internal power without the need for city systems in case of a city wide power failure that will give the building time to properly close down without losing it&amp;#39;s business or the trust of its customers. And of course the safety of its security systems. All computer system securities roll to back up, if there is an outage so relevant data is not lost.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Insurance&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Insurance is provided by AIG Insurance of San Francisco, Chicago and LATMA commercial property and private property. Also, Aviation Insurance for the company helidyne that is on the helidyne pad on the top deck. Corporation Attorney&amp;#39;s are at the disposal of the Company, in case of any consumer or visitor coming into the Tower and having an accident.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cameras&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There are several cameras set up through each floor of the Tower and businesses in the Tower. There are no security camera&amp;#39;s inside private residences unless it is requested. A security guard is constantly occupied with watching the screens in the communications room in the main security room in the basement. A direct phone goes from every security station on every floor to the security staff in the communications room. The cameras cover all the entrances and exits. Does not matter if it is employee or public entrance. The video feed shows on the monitors in the communications room and at each security station on each level, but is fed to the monitors in the communications room and copied there to vidtape. These tapes are backed up every 24 hours. They are designed to blend into the decor as to not be seen. (Diff 8 to spot them)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Permits &amp;amp; Licenses&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;All the proper licenses and permits for food handling, liquor, serving, businesses and such that may be needed for this building are available for review upstairs in the main CEO&amp;#39;s office for all to view with compliance with local and corporate law. They will be renewed every year, a month ahead of time as clockwork, at Staff&amp;#39;s discretion. There is also a second set in a safety deposit box in the Bank of San Francisco and Chicago, where the Corporation does its funding. All Elevators, permits, licenses and code are stated within the Elevators for the public view. All food handling, liquor, etc are placed in the Cafe per the regulations for such is needed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Panic Buttons&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There is a panic button placed strategically in the penthouse and the CEO office for use by the staff and owner in the need of an emergency that immediately calls in security. There is also one at the main security station in the Lobby, in case of an attack, Terrorism or otherwise. This button sends an alarm to Head of Security, which handles all Security from that point.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Electronic Security&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition to the cameras as a preventative, MAD (Metal) detectors have been installed inside the doors to the building&amp;#39;s entrance as well. Anyone carrying firearms into this establishment will be escorted back out the door. This is so security can discreetly be identified of those they need to search when their bags or the people themselves come through the doors. Aside from the Electronic Security in the doors, in more private areas including the employee only areas at the regular Admin offices (off screen) there are motion detectors for after normal working hours to catch those passing through. (Diff 9 to notice)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Internal PC &amp;amp; Network Security&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The security system here is an internal isolated system with its own T-Lines, meaning that it cannot be hacked into from outside the primary security room nor accessed via remote or satellite. Secondary computer systems, with heavily encrypted security, firewalls, and subroutines give access to the outside world for the transactions of credit cards and other electronic services. The secondary computers do not access anything vital. Anyone trying to hack into the systems, will find a &amp;#39;fail safe&amp;#39; device handling the systems with the ability to track the perpertrator back to their machine. (Any hacking to secondary is at a diff 9)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Security Equipment for Guards&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To provide some legitimacy each security guard will be registered with the local government offices as licensed security guards able to carry up to certain weapon types as needed by their jobs. In this case security team in the Security Station are equipped with an HK-MP5 legally obtained and licensed without a fully automatic option keeping the weapons themselves legal. They keep Glock 19 side arms, both weapons loaded with AP ammunition for punching through body armor with two spare clips for each. They carry discreet ear bud two-way radios that let each team keep in contact with each other and make routine check-ins. For their own protection their uniform jackets are the equivalent of type +3 body armor, giving a bonus of +3 dice to soak vs. bullets and 1 dice to soak vs. melee-type weapons with no penalty. Additionally the guards, if in need of roaming the property after closing, are issued night vision goggles to use with a thermo-graphic package in case during those extremely dark nights they may use them to sweep the grounds as they make walk their random routes and patrols.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Security Station Guards&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The guards that work the building are specially trained Glasswalker Kinfolk. For example at any one time there is a maximum of two staves on the field within a team. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Substitutes - Substitutes may replace a player of any position at times detailed later in the rules. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1.4.3 Additional people &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Referee - There are 2 or more referee&amp;rsquo;s per game (where possible) on opposite sidelines. The only time the whistle will sound is to stop play. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The referee&amp;rsquo;s decision is final and absolute -- there will be NO discussions! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is the referee&amp;rsquo;s discretion to decide the length of penalties or the removal of a player from the field.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Referee&amp;rsquo;s directions are called according to colours and numbers of players.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The referee&amp;rsquo;s directions should be loud and clear. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lines People - Lines people should also be used where possible to spot out of bounds and goals placed correctly. Up to 4 lines people are recommended. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Time Keeper - Time keeper keeps track of the progression of the time of the game and score &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;                                       &lt;br&gt;&lt;h3&gt;2.0 Playing the Game &lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.1 Duration &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.1.1 &amp;#39;Stones&amp;#39; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Time is kept by the time keeper throwing stones against the gong. &lt;br&gt;Each third is 100 &amp;#39;stones&amp;#39;. (three thirds to each game) &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.1.2 Starting and positions &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Enforcers and chains commence play in their own third. &lt;br&gt;Quicks commence play at any point around the outside of the centre circle. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To start play the Referee places the skull in the centre circle. &lt;br&gt;From the sound of the first stone striking the gong the players may leave their respective thirds and Quicks may take the skull. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Players must remain at their starting positions until play begins. In the case of a false start, play is halted, teams are reset in their starting positions and the stone count starts again. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When play begins, only the Quicks may step inside the centre circle until the skull is fully outside its perimeter. If any other player steps in the circle or onto the line, before the skull is removed, he/she is immediately penalized and must kneel for 5 stones in the position outside the circle where the player crossed its perimeter. Once the skull is removed, the circle does not effect the game until the referee resets the skull. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Until one Quick sets foot outside the centre circle after play has commenced no attack may be made against either Quick. Enforcers and chains are permitted to attack each other until the quicks enter play. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;h3&gt;2.2 Play &lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.2.3 Substituting: &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A maximum of 3 &amp;ldquo;subs&amp;rdquo; per team per period of 100 stones is allowed. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Subs are only permitted during interruptions in play: &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; &amp;sect; After a goal is scored. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; &amp;sect; The skull goes out of bounds. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; &amp;sect; At the end of 100 stones. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;The referee must be informed of subs. Failure to comply may result in a penalty (removal of a player from the field). &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is advisable to have 2 Quick&amp;rsquo;s per team. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;No runners are allowed on the playing field at any time during play.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.2.4 Handling the Skull &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Quick is unarmed and is the only player to touch or place the skull on the goals. If a player other than the Quick picks up the skull or intentionally moves it &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Quicks may wrestle each other for possession of the skull. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The skull may not be thrown, kicked or struck by any player. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.2.5 Scoring &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A point is scored when a quick paces the skull on the opp osing teams stake. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Quick must PLACE the skull wholly on the stake for the goal to be valid. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If a point is scored play stops and starting positions are taken up. The stone count resumes from where play stopped. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;h3&gt;2.3 Penalties &lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br&gt;There simply are none. The game is on til the game is won.&lt;br&gt;&lt;h3&gt;2.4 Loss of weapons &lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br&gt;2.4.1 losing a weapon &lt;br&gt;If a player drops his/her weapon(s), that player may block attacking shots (with hands and feet).
